Perfect Lips
Are these lips REALLY hard to achieve? NO!
First, line your lips with a light color, like an irridencent pink. Make sure to follow the line of your lips, and DONT go below your lip line (you dont want to look like Goldy Hawn in the First Wives Club).
Next, choose a color that will accentuate your lips. Red works on some, it dosent work on most. Pinks are the HOT thing for spring and summer this year, so try a pretty pink!
If you choose a lip stick in a pot, brush the color on your lips, without going out of the lip liner (remember... STAY IN THE LINES)
If you choose a gloss, just brush the applicator across your lips.
DO NOT SMACK YOUR LIPS TOGETHER. This takes away color, and then whats the point?
